Papa Louie is the main protagonist of Papa Louie's franchise of the platformer and restaurant time-management games and the mascot of Flipline Studios. He made his first appearance in Papa Louie: When Pizzas Attack!.

Papa Louie is a lovable Italian chef who has tanned skin, a bald head, dark bushy eyebrows, and a big black mustache. He has a legion of fanatic customers who are willing to try anything Papa Louie has to offer. Flipline Studios has created a series of cooking simulation video games as a result of the popularity of Papa Louie since its release.
