Garfield's Pet Hospital is a strategy and time management game starring the characters from the Garfield comics. In addition to Garfield, you will see many more of the classic characters you are familiar with, including Jon, Liz, Odie, Nermal, Arlene, and Docboy. In Garfield's Pet Hospital, you must take control of Garfield and his friends as they manage Liz's pet clinic and treat all the sick animals. As the critters arrive, you must determine their needs, take good care of them, and get paid. The goal is to serve all customers in the shortest possible time and keep everyone happy, healthy, and cured.

The mechanics of the game are obviously simple, but require concentration and good organization. Patients would come to visit us and sit in the available seats. Each patient would use icons to show us the services they needed, such as medical treatment, weighing, or massage. We will have to take each animal to the appropriate station and serve it for a few seconds. Once we finished treating the dog, cat, or pet, we had to go to the cashier's desk and charge the customer to leave and make room for the next customer. If there are too many visiting customers, they will line up on the street, but their patience is limited and if we don't serve them soon, they will leave in a huff.

The deeper you go in the game, the more clients, treatment tables, and clinical care you will have to manage. There will be kittens, puppies, hamsters, gerbils, parrots, and other cute pets waiting to be treated. And the pace of the game picks up as you become more skilled at caring for animals promptly so as not to offend your clients! We start with Liz and another veterinarian, but gradually we will be able to unlock and hire other characters from the comics, such as Garfield himself or Jon. Everyone has their strengths and weaknesses waiting to be discovered, and using them wisely will be the key to winning.

In addition, between levels, we can invest our income in upgrading various veterinary equipment to increase efficiency. We can also use our income to hire more staff, train and upgrade them. Most of this income is earned by serving our customers, with additional rewards for completing various achievements. VIP customers will provide us with more income, so be sure to keep an eye out for them during the levels. Look for VIPs to have your staff take care of their every need and make sure to serve their pets fast! If you keep your VIP customers happy, you can earn a generous tip.

As your skills improve, you'll manage up to 9 different animal rescue clinics with varying layouts and difficulties, so you'll never feel repetitive or run out of things to do. In my opinion, this is a busy and challenging game with fantastic 2D graphics taken directly from the cartoon series, so Garfield fans will fall madly in love with this game. But it's a freemium game with in-app purchases included, so if you can get past that little hurdle, I definitely recommend it to you!
