Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame is an educational app by Sesame Workshop for toddlers and parents to play together. Designed for parents to use with children to help teach skills such as problem-solving, self-control, planning and task sticking. The goal of Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame is to complete each of the five activities to help the monster manage his frustrations and daily annoyances by engaging in basic activities. In this interactive game, the skills kids need include problem-solving, as well as motor skills to take advantage of the app's features. Children need to help the monster solve many challenges by helping it learn the skills to "breath, think and act".

Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame is also a bilingual app in English and Spanish. It helps children improve their problem-solving skills while helping parents learn a new behavioral way to teach their children. Parents will love that this helps children develop problem-solving skills in the day-to-day challenges they may encounter in their day-to-day lives. The premise of using the app is to teach children how to stay calm and figure out how to solve character problems encountered in the game. The breathing sequence teaches children how to calm themselves, think about applying problem-solving skills, and encourage them to act after they have completed the first two tasks. The instructions in Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame are clear and simple, and like all Sesame Street properties, have fun colors, graphics, and animations that will completely captivate kids and Sesame fans alike. It also has basic parental controls that provide more detailed instructions on how to incorporate in-game knowledge into your child's daily life.

When the child starts the game, a welcome voice provides instructions on how to play. Children can choose from 5 activities, all of which are like the daily challenges children may experience at their age. Five small icons represent different activities. There is a character from the Sesame Street series in the center of the screen, and players will be notified through the written text "Use simple breathing, thinking, and action strategies to help your monster friends solve five challenges." There is an additional text for parents, noting that "Parents and caregivers can learn strategies to help their children cope with everyday challenges, practice abdominal breathing with their children, and also personalize the app and adjust settings."

In this section, parents can access the following options: First, Tips and Strategies. For example, "strategies to stick to" or "encourage independence" or advice to encourage their children to succeed. Second, breathe with the monster. It contains information on breathing exercises, as well as an animated activity. Third, personalize the application. Parents and kids can use their device microphones to record positive thinking phrases. Fourth, about apps and settings.

The gameplay of Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame is like this, after selecting the first activity, the child will see a short animation of the monster. The player is then instructed to help "calm down the monster" by encouraging him to take deep breaths, which is done by tapping the monster's abdomen several times, allowing the monster to take three slow breaths. The child is then shown a screen in which bubbles slowly float over the monster's head, and a voice-over instructs the child to tap the bubble to help the monster think of a plan to put on the shoes. In doing so, the child helps the monster recall how his sister wore shoes, determines that he needs to wear one shoe at a time, and asks his mother to help him with the shoes. The child can then choose one of these plans and demonstrate it in another animation. After this, the child is told that "you can breathe, think and do things when you are feeling down". They were told they could also turn to adults for help if they were having trouble. This is great for teaching kids to calm down and start thinking. The next event revolves around the monster's sadness and unease over the fact that he had to leave his mother for school. The activity involves breathing to relieve his anxiety and thinking about a plan in a similar way to before. The application continues in this format for each subsequent activity.

Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame does not contain any inappropriate material or advertising. It encourages positive action, and it further encourages life skills. Sesame Street "monsters" who put kids at ease and draw them into engaging experiences. Children will laugh at the characters throughout the experience. Breathe, Think, Do With Sesame is a great development tool for any family.
